Wilderness Lakes, Menifee

We drove over to Menifee last Friday. On Saturday we surprise his mother. Upon arriving we walked into the house and discovered Scott sleeping very soundly in the chair. We sat down and scared him when he did wake up. His mother was very surprised when we walked in when she got home from church.

Geri came over and we were able to meet her new addition Bella. She is a very sweet black dachshund. She is extremely busy and entertaining. We spend the whole day with Ron's family.

Sunday, they all come up to our camp. Colleen came over to visit. We had some Jungle Tini's and appetizers. I made some Bean soup in the crock pot that was delicious. Geri and Maxine left early. Scott stayed the night with us. Colleen, Scott, Ron and myself visited until around 9pm. Ron BBQ some delicious steak and I made some potatoes. The four of us ate dinner and laughed and talked.

Monday we took Scott back home. Maxine made some Corn beef and cabbage in the crock pot. We left around 2 pm. Driving home we decided to stop by Giant RV in Murrieta and looked as some new diesel pushers. Jeff was a wonderful sales person. We found a coach we really like. Jeff took us out for a test drive. Ron got in the seat and really like the way it drove. Jeff asked Ron to pull over and said to me "Ok, it is your turn." I was so nervous. I got in the seat and he talked me through how to brake the coach. He took me down a cul-de-sac and the coach made a complete circle. I had fun driving the coach. Watch out Ron I don't mind driving the coach.

Disappointment we could not make a deal, but we both dreamed about the coach all night long.

Tuesday we got up late, walked around the park and noticed several of the rigs have been in Verde Valley Thousand Trail park. We even saw Larry and Dixie coach. We camped all last winter next store to them. They were not out so we did not stop to visit. We decided to drive home a day earlier. We left camp at 12:22pm and arrived home at 6:30pm. The weather was perfect and only some wind.

Wednesday was Ron's last day of vacation. We spent the day relaxing.

We really enjoy the time we are able to spend together on the road...

Happy travels to everyone....Do today what you want to do. Follow your dreams....
